The Subic Bay Yacht Club (SBYC), the only Marina and Country Club in the Philippines, is inviting you to apply for the following key positions:

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the person involved will manage all activities on daily operation of all tasks performance of all sections of the front office department and handle Member's complaints. Compiles documents needed including forecast and percentage of room occupancy and evaluates revenue and monitors manpower for daily operation. Also involved in planning of events and package room accommodations.

    F & B MANAGER
  • Under the direct supervision of the Managing Director, the person will be involved in the planning, development and implementation of Menus, events and manpower service related matters. Manage the overall operation of all the F & B Outlets.

    SOUS CHEF
  • Under the direct supervision of the F & B Manager and in charged in planning, implementing, improving, monitoring, evaluating and approving of all kitchen operations, involving requisitions, inventories, manpower related matters, procedures, Menus and kitchen services.

    PASTRY CHEF
  • Acts as Chef de Partie reporting to Sous Chef and / or the F & B Manager. The person will supervise the bakery and pastry sections overall daily operation including but not limited to planning, monitoring and documentation of purchase requisitions, manpower and inventories on food and equipments.

    ITALIAN COOK
  • Coordinates with the Sous Chef during the preparation of the Ala Carte and daily operation or events and needed documentations and requisitions. Monitors, prepares, supervises and implements procedures in the Italian Kitchen which involves its operation and manpower related matters. The person involved will help in the improvement and planning of new Menus.

    JAPANESE COOK
  • The person will involved in the planning of New Menus/Japanese foods and sauces and its presentations, help in the daily operation of the Outlet under the supervision of the Sous Chef and F & B Manager.

    BAKER
  • Bakes various kinds of breads, cakes and other pastries in accordance with the production schedule and standard procedures set by the Pastry Chef. Baker will be involved in the improvement of the bakery and pastry Menus.

    PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
  • The person involved will be responsible in the distribution, inventory, documentation, safekeeping, reporting, monitoring and computation of depreciations, costs and expenses of all Club properties and equipments, under the supervision of the General Accounting Supervisor.
