treadmills, stationary cycle and rowing machines.

     A regular schedule of fun fitness activities for members
like aerobics, dance and martial arts classes are conducted
by well trained instructors.

     Virtual Reality Fitness Equipment - the gym provides
hi-tech fitness machines making every workout fun and effective.
Among the equipment available are Tetrix Virtual Reality Bike and
the Virtual Reality Climber, which gives the fitness buff total freedom
to blaze his own trail in choice parts all over the world.
